Echo Park Type is a two-person foundry above a taco stand on Echo Park Avenue. We draw letters for restaurants, bands, and the occasional city department that still wants a sign you can read from a moving bus.
Mornings are for curves. Afternoons we letter shop windows in enamel. If the lake is still, we walk a loop and come back with a better ampersand. We finish a family, print a specimen, and start the next one.
Need a custom alphabet, a painted fascia, or a small run of specimen posters? Write a short note. We answer from the studio on weekdays, usually after the first coffee and before the second coat of paint.
No cart, no newsletter. Just letters.
